蓄充不進(jin)電是指發動機(ji)在正常工作的情況下,蓄電池長(chang)時間充電而電壓上升(sheng)很(hen)慢。其原(yuan)因(yin)如下:
1.充電線路(lu)中(zhong)接線頭松動或銹蝕,使電阻增大(da),電流強度減小。
2.蓄電池極板(ban)(ban)硫化,使(shi)其表面附有一層(ceng)導電性能差的白色硫酸鋁(lv)晶(jing)粒。這種粗大(da)晶(jing)粒堵塞極板(ban)(ban)孔隙后,電解(jie)液便難以滲入(ru),導致內(nei)阻增大(da),電流(liu)無(wu)法通過。
3.由于采取大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流給蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian)或(huo)(huo)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液比重過大(da)(da)或(huo)(huo)液面高(gao)度(du)(du)不(bu)(bu)(bu)夠等原因,使蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池極(ji)板損壞。診斷(duan)時,先(xian)檢查各接線頭是否松(song)動(dong)或(huo)(huo)銹蝕,然(ran)后根(gen)據充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時的(de)現象來判斷(duan)極(ji)板是否硫(liu)化。若充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液的(de)溫度(du)(du)上升(sheng)很快,或(huo)(huo)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間(jian)不(bu)(bu)(bu)長(chang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液便產(chan)生大(da)(da)量氣泡(pao),但電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓并未提高(gao),電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液比重也無明顯(xian)增(zeng)加,則(ze)說明極(ji)板已硫(liu)化。當硫(liu)化不(bu)(bu)(bu)嚴重時,可倒(dao)出(chu)全部電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液,注入蒸(zheng)餾水,然(ran)后用2安(an)培左右(you)的(de)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流進(jin)行(xing)(xing)長(chang)時間(jian)充電(dian)(dian)(dian),使硫(liu)酸(suan)鋁(lv)溶(rong)解(jie),但應注意不(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)讓蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池溫度(du)(du)升(sheng)高(gao)。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液比重在數(shu)小時內不(bu)(bu)(bu)增(zeng)加時,表明蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池已充足電(dian)(dian)(dian),再進(jin)行(xing)(xing)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
經過多次充放(fang)電(dian)循(xun)環(huan),使活性(xing)物(wu)質復原后,如(ru)仍不正常,應更(geng)換新品。
